These terms apply to the Nexosport website, dashboard and API (together, "the service"), operated by Nexosport ("we", "us"). By creating an account or calling the API you agree to them. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.
Accounts and API keys
- You sign in with Google. Keep that account secure; activity under your Nexosport account is your responsibility.
- API keys spend your credits. Keep them on your servers, never in browsers or apps, and revoke any key you think is exposed. Requests made with your keys before you revoke them are charged to you.
- One person or organisation per account. The 25,000 free credits are for trying the service; creating extra accounts to collect them is not allowed.
Credits and payment
- The service is prepaid. You buy credit packs through Stripe; prices are shown before you pay, in US dollars, and may include taxes where they apply.
- One credit is one character of source text translated into one language. A rendered sports table costs the number of credits shown on the pricing page. Credits are charged when a request is accepted.
- If we cannot complete work you were charged for (a failed language, a table that could not be inserted), those credits are returned to your balance automatically.
- Credits expire 12 months after purchase, and your oldest credits are used first. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- Purchases are not refundable in money, except where the law requires it or where you were charged twice or in error. Write to support@nexosport.app within 30 days and we will fix billing mistakes.
- We may change prices for future purchases. Credits you already hold keep their value.
Your content
- You keep all rights to the text you send and to the translations we return. You give us permission to process your content only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- You must have the right to the content you send and use the results lawfully in the places you publish them.
- Translations are produced by machine. We check structure and numbers automatically and report what we find, but you are responsible for reviewing output before you publish it.
Sports data
Fixtures, results and standings come from third-party data providers. They can be delayed, incomplete or corrected after publication. The data is provided for publishing and information only.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to send malware, to probe or overload our systems, to get around rate limits or billing, or to resell raw API access as your own translation service. We may suspend keys or accounts that do, and we will tell you why unless the law or security prevents it.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change or retire features; for breaking API changes we will give reasonable notice by email or in the docs. We may update these terms; if a change matters, we will tell you before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service means you accept it.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your account
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may close accounts that break these terms. Unused credits are lost when an account is closed for a breach; if we close the service for business reasons, we will refund the money value of unused, unexpired credits you purchased.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and disputes go to the courts of Thailand, unless the law of your country gives you a right to use your local courts. Questions: support@nexosport.app.
